We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. 

None of these rules affect your statutory rights. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

You will be refunded to your original payment method. A returns charge is payable and will be deducted from the refunded amount (subject to exclusions).

The color shade of the product may differ from that shown in the photo, including depending on the settings of your computer monitor.

We will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund. All tags and labels should be attached.

• You can change your mind and return or exchange the product without explanation during 2 (two) business days from the receipt of the order.

• The product will be accepted for return or exchange if it is returned, accompanied by the purchase receipt, and meets the following conditions: the product has not been used, has no foreign odors, and has the original label.

• If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another, the time to produce a new item is between 10 to 15 business days and requires additional payment for courier delivery.

• You can exchange the purchased the product for another at the price indicated on the purchase receipt, or for a higher-priced item with the payment of the price difference.

• Contact us to arrange the return delivery of the product — this is done by courier at the customer's expense (37 NIS, or according to the courier service's rates). Make sure to keep your proof of postage as we may need to have a look at it later.

• You will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed by Frau Blau Studio within 14 working days, provided that the product is returned with a proof of purchase and complies with the conditions stated above.

• The time it takes for the refund to reach your account will depend on the terms of your bank/card issuer.

• Please note that refunds are issued in full, minus 5% of the total payment amount (retained by the clearing company for processing payment transactions).
