Refund and Refund Policy

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use.

None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

The color shade of the product may differ from that shown in the photo, including depending on the settings of your computer monitor.

• Each item Frau Blau is made to order. Please note that the time from order payment to delivery to the customer or pickup is up to 30 calendar days.

• You can change your mind and return or exchange the product without explanation during 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

• The product will be accepted for return or exchange if it is returned, accompanied by the purchase receipt, and meets the following conditions: the product has not been used, has no foreign odors, and has the original label.

• If you want to exchange the purchased item for another, the manufacturing period for the new item is 30 calendar days and requires additional payment for courier delivery.

• You can exchange the purchased the product for another at the price indicated on the purchase receipt, or for a higher-priced item with the payment of the price difference.

• Contact us to arrange the return delivery of the product — this is done by courier at the customer's expense (37 NIS, or according to the courier service's rates).

Refunds will be issued during 30 calendar days, provided the product is returned, accompanied by the purchase receipt, and meets the conditions mentioned above.
 

We will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund. All tags and labels should be attached.
 

You will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds are issued in full, minus 5% of the total payment amount (retained by the clearing company for processing payment transactions).
